ABOUT YEZBIZCORE
My name is Gaby Gobalabog, and I am the president of YEZBIZCORE. We specialize in conducting training for companies and go beyond that by helping them organize their systems, streamline their processes, and create business solutions tailored to their needs. What sets us apart from our competitors is that we don’t offer off-the-shelf training. Instead, we sit down with the HR team to ensure that our programs align with and target the company’s specific objectives. I started my business 10 years ago, and we will be celebrating our 10th anniversary this January 2025. Teaching and education have always been my passion. Seeing individuals grow and, on a larger scale, witnessing the growth of the company gives us a sense of satisfaction that money cannot buy.
Importance of Networking by Gabby Gobalabog

How Important Is Networking to a Business?
You know, business is about people and like what we say, no one is an island. So we all need each other. In this age, collaboration is the name of the game. So you can’t just get to your room and lock yourself out, you have to go out and collaborate and work with people, even with what you think are your competitors. Work with them. And for all you know, you will be able to grow together.
One Thing That Most Entrepreneurs Are Doing Wrong
One thing that many small and medium entrepreneurs are doing wrong is trying to catch money. You don’t go around trying to catch money; you try to build trust with people. Start building trust and money will follow. Start ruining other people’s trust and it will be easy for you to lose that treasure. Personal branding is also a key to my business. But so many companies have their own personal brand, but it’s really about trust. You buy a product or service because you trust them. So don’t go around breaking people’s trust.
best tip he can share in networking
I mentioned this yesterday during my talk here in the expo: two things. First, be flexible because so many things, especially for small and medium enterprises, require flexibility. Number two, you cannot always do what you love, but you can always love what you do.
