This is Jessie Tianson, one of the Client Relations Managers (CRM) at Peridot Inc. It’s the fabrics we use, the original designs we create, and the overall quality of our uniforms.
IMPORTANCE ABOUT MENTORSHIP
By Jesse Tiangson
So Did You Have a Mentor When Starting Out?
I’ve been in the business for many years, working with different kinds of bosses and learning a lot about handling people, behaviors, designs, styles, and employee concerns. Mentorship is vital for entrepreneurs. On a scale of 1 to 10, it’s a 10. The feedback and lessons we receive from mentors are invaluable and help us achieve our goals. Without them, we wouldn’t be where we are today.
So What Advice Did Your Mentor Give You That Really Made a Big Difference in You?
We need more patience, especially with clients and top management. Their guidance and the right attitude help us improve and learn. In this business, mistakes are inevitable, but they teach us valuable lessons. Through these mistakes, we adjust, improve, and move closer to our goals and dreams. Life isn’t perfect, and neither is business, but every mistake is a step toward becoming more effective and moving one step ahead.
Give Me One Thing That Most Entrepreneurs Are Doing Wrong
As what I have said, nobody’s perfect. We learn to accept. Once we accept it, yes, accept answer. Because once we accept, everything will go fine.
