When it comes to importation, the focus is on the number of warehouses you have in China. The main reason I wanted to highlight this is that suppliers in China prefer something close to them to keep costs low.

Yes, we do have a mentor. Right now, when it comes to the owner of this company, even though he’s young, I can see that he is mentoring all of us to fit into the build of Subcart.
How Important Is Mentoring to You?
It is very important because our personality is basically, we need enhancement. We need to grow on a daily basis so that we can reach the goals that we want to reach.
What Advice Did Your Mentor Give That Made a Big Difference?
Well, at first, we cannot see what they are expecting from us unless we recognize the areas where we need growth. To understand what he’s saying, I need to look into myself first and analyze if what he’s saying is true or not. At least, as much as possible, if it’s really my fault or if I’m the one lacking, of course, I need to work on it.
What is your advice for someone starting right now?
Well, my advice is first of all, look for a reliable partner that can help you achieve your growth or goals in life.
